Foster Joseph Sayers Reservoir

The lake is formed due to the damming of Bald Eagle Creek, a tributary of the West Branch Susquehanna River, as well as other smaller creeks. The dam was created in 1971 by the United States Army Corps of Engineers to prevent flooding and continue water quality down stream.
